Certain complex industrial wastewater streams—such as dye-stuff mother liquors, agrochemical washings, polymer synthesis residues, and high-COD specialty chemical effluents—cannot be easily processed in conventional multi-tube evaporators due to severe organic fouling, foaming, and caramelization.
Our Common Spray Dryer Facility delivers an immediate solution: the liquid stream is pumped through high-speed rotary disc atomizers spinning at up to 18,000 RPM, creating microscopic droplet mist inside a co-current hot air chamber (250°C – 350°C). Moisture evaporates in fractions of a second, producing free-flowing solid powder captured by high-efficiency cyclones and pulse-jet bag filters.
Submit your complex liquid waste characteristics for engineering evaluation, spray drying atomization feasibility, and sealed TSDF encapsulation.
